煙霞把陽光藏起來.30C
終於把寄居在公司多週的破爛印表機拿去了回收.雖然那印表機屬於輕身類,畢竟還是有重量.而且還有一袋裝滿了三大盒的2.5'磁碟,絕對像是拿著一對啞鈴在運動.由公司開始踩著兩吋幼踭上坡,一直走到堅道明愛中心,手裏還提著那兩大袋的東西,加上這一兩天陪著P和他的同事們去遊山玩水,看來應該可以替過去多月欠下的運動債務還清了.
上禮拜去八卦相命,相士說我需要運動.偏生我就是很怕運動.原來那是我的命呀.看來如果我要減肥,還是得從控制食量方面著手.
又,這一兩個星期,四處都是真假雙生兒阿嬌與大孖的瘦身廣告,簡直是疲勞轟炸.昨天在地鐵站剛好看到兩個燈箱廣告並列著,仔細一看,阿嬌是從130下調到110,而大孖卻是從120降到105.那些數字當然沒有實質用途,唯一的功用就是讓你覺得「嘩!好厲害![好像]真的很有效!!!」
當分開看這兩個廣告時,並不會覺得有何不妥.可是,一旦拼在一起,就會覺得:
1. 阿嬌那張130一定是誇大.若果真是130的話,拍出來的何至只有「圓潤」的感覺?
2. 大孖的那張120為甚麼看起來比阿嬌的130看起來更像130?甚至給我有超越130的印象... ...

嬌根本重來不胖吧,多鬼餘。
oh...對對對.睡眠不足,腦袋不靈.等我回去改改.

我親眼見過(唔只一個), 狂減肥, 減了幾十磅, 好開心, 跟住1-2年後, 打回原形, 仲肥過之前.

ReplyDeletevicky: yah... i've heard stories like those as well. guess the best way is still to exercise persistenly and have a healthy and controlled diet.
ReplyDeletemokit: i don't exercise enough because i'm lazy and clumsy. haha...
prefer badminton coz i could only serve in squash. plus now i can't run very quickly becoz my knee won't be able to cope with that.
係喎,阿嬌一向都唔肥,係著衫唔好,搞到佢d缺點一次過暴露於空氣之中o者......減前減後個分別根本就唔大﹔大孖肥過佢多多聲啦......佢一定唔只120呀
ReplyDeleteactually... i think there's a diff in the photos. ah Gil definitely looks roundish/chubby back at the concert, but i wouldn't call that fat loh.
