忍口

風和日麗.22C

才剛說了要忍口要忍口,因為今年真的要下定決心把那二十磅的肥肉去掉,可是情緒低落,最後還是跑到樓下去買了一包stress food (還是destress food??) - 卡樂B.(我連身分證都沒帶就跑下去呢...)

外面天氣好好喔!這種天氣最適合買東西到碼頭或IFC平台邊看海邊吃!下禮拜如果天氣好的話,一定要這樣吃一頓!

明天早上的考試,我還沒唸完,cheat sheet還未寫,今天晚上還有一場音樂會.唉,為甚麼一天沒有四十八小時??

  1. 減二十磅很大工程的, 不如試下先設下減5-10磅目標較健康及易達到.

  3. 俾啲壓力你先。雖然我少做了運動,但係口算是忍到,由上個平原點到現在沒有下滑,但也沒有上升!

    二十磅一起努力。go go go!

  4. vicky: yes. 20lbs took 5 yrs to accumulate but forever to lose. i have until year end, so i really need the determination....

    sandee: just the original. guess i'll be skipping dinner tonight (still have the bread from breakfast). hehehe

    aulina: actually i lost 3lbs over the CNY holiday, and then it keep bouncing up and down. very unstable!!! >_<~

  5. 睇見你食得咁過癮就好喇。我擒晚半夜開始就好唔舒服,又頭暈、又痾、又嘔(sorry,希望你唔係食緊薯片。)今朝好D,冇返公司,不過卒之而家都返左。

    如果你要減,千祈唔好話唔食邊餐,最好餐餐都要食,只係要喺質同量處理得好D,健康D。

    到真係有48小時嘅時候,都係唔夠用ge la ^_

  6. xiao zhu.... aiya.. (i finished the chips a few hours ago lu :P you're not feeling well again? (again, right??) take care!! it's turning cold (again) soon. think less and sleep more!!! :)

    my diet.. hahaha... i won't really skip meals. i'll probably just ate less. actually i think the reason why i lost weight during CNY because i didn't eat as much even though mum has cooked so much. that really worked. and sleep loh... sleep is actually v important, it helps to lose weight for some reason.

    aiii... exactly, when there are 48 hours in a day, i'll bitch again why we don't have 96 hours days la..

  7. i lost 20/30 lbs in a year (a few years ago), mainly thru dieting. my highest: 138 lbs, lowest 106 lbs. now gained back some, but still far from the fat fat mode. work hard ah!
