I'm just going to copy cr's version in both Chinese and English.

First, the random rules 規則如下

1) I'm still in the damn office at 9.18pm.
我現在(晚上9.18分)還在該死的公司.

2) I'm near blind, but I can maneuver around in the dark at home, without wearing my glasses.
超深近視(975/950),但晚上在家裏沒開燈沒戴眼鏡也不會撞/跌死.

3) I speak 5 different languages/dialects
我三文五語.
(懶惰呀... 我照抄cr了...)

4) I was spoon-fed (literally) until 8 years old. (don't be so shocked.)
我一直到8歲才自己吃飯. (別那麼吃驚啦.)

5) I am totally intimidated by muscular human beings!
我見到筋肉人會很害怕!(原本想說肌肉男,但再想一下,其實... 我好像更怕筋肉女.抱歉.)

6) I am vain. (you couldn't tell? oh, my turn to be shocked.)
我是很虛榮的. (看不出來?輪到我吃驚了.)
