Finally Sunny!29C
I've finally got my summer trip tickets booked. We have to fly a different airline this year otherwise my ticket would be around $2,000 more expensive. The hours aren't that great though - we're basically wasting 2 days flying there and coming back. It's a total trade-off between time and money paid out.
Anyway, at least it's now settled but that means I'll have to start gathering information about where we will go and what to do. No more Prague this year for sure. The tentative plan is Paris Disneyland and Normandy/Provence. I'll have dig more my newspaper/magazine clippings and that's going to be a lot of work!

"Forget Paris" HE sent his father's casket to Normandy to be buried next to his buddies died on D-day, SHE was the only one attending the ceremony .....

sandee: yes.. i think mickey will speak in french and so will winnie the pooh. which means buzz light year will be shooting aliens in french.

MD: been to Nice & Cannes before. it's amazing even in early spring (a bit cool though). totally want to go to Tuscany. but that's going to be some time far out in the future.
Space: hahaha.. you should go!!! backpacking is not an option for me w/ or w/o going with my parents. i've passed the age and now it's just going to be some unfulfilled dreams of mine.
紫熊: it's going to be 13days incl. the 2 days of travel and no, i'm not spending the whole trip there becoz i need to visit my dad's place. so i guess it'll probably just be a week or so in france.
anyway, nothing planned yet :P
You gotta go to Spain sometime...and experience their lifestyle...=)

kafka: i've to spain, a bit disappointed... among those european cities that i've been to, i love czech republic the most. and my next destinations are definitely southern italy and southern france... hope i can really go there some day...
