反高潮

最後一課分數很快就打出來了,於是不久之後(也即上星期)也收到了「畢業信」.

看到小球那篇,然後再看看這張毫無情感的通知書.欸,這到底是甚麼一回事呢?

雖然說是成人班,(除非是有神童迅速讀完本科再讀這個吧.不過我看神童也不會走這條track.我覺得我這學位是用來賺錢而不是真的為了培養人才的.)但畢竟我們都付過學費、花過時間心血去拿那些學分的呀.來個洋鬼子最愛的Congratulations!也不為過吧?(事事都以英美為尊,怎麼這次居然沒有?!)

原本還很期待會收到很多郵件說「哦,畢業了,要做甚麼甚麼,還有XYZ」的.

沒有.就只這麼一封冷冰冰的信.

多反高潮.

還是,我的心智還停留在用湯匙餵食的時代?!

    職業病又來了... 什麼是"Award certification LETTER"??? 簡單的"award certification"不就行嗎??? certification不就是文件的一種???

    "the aboved-named student has satisfactorily met the program requirements ..." 咁有無野叫 UNsatisfactory MET the program requirements呢..

    Ms AC, i didn't even think about what you've spotted. i just though, darn, this looks super weird. i don't remember receiving something like this when i graduated from college.

    geez...

    UNsatisfactorily MET.. haha... then there is no letter? :P

    不過我都唔記得我個graduation letter係咪一樣冷冰冰……
    俾咗學費就係"上帝"，uni如果真係將教育當生意咁做，咁樣嘅服務態度，實在惡劣。

    In most letters I received, they start with "Congratulation!". Yours is a bit different.

    ruth: yes, i think "congratulations" it the least that they can put in there. it'll light up the whole letter! XD
