沒有腰的日子

正要練習交叉走位的時候,忽然在跑到網前要彎下挑球的時候,腰好像梗了一樣.

然後一直到了今天下午去了治療師那邊之後才得到舒緩.起碼能站、能坐、能翹個二郎腿,走路也沒有那麼吃力.雖然還是不能正常用力,走路的時候要卸力才不會覺得痛,還有不能彎腰.

雖然一直知道腰是很重要,可是平常不會察覺到許多微小的動作都要用到腰.(好,是我無知.)比方說,昨天媽媽給我在拉腿的時候我們倆都覺得很好笑,可是我不能笑呀!一笑就會動到腰,痛死了.

不過這是突發性的事情(不是閃到腰,也不是扭到筋/骨頭/肌肉),應該很快就會沒事.只是這樣痛了一天,很能感受到動彈不得的痛苦(特別是平常走路很快的我),還有會為家人(其實只有媽媽啦)帶來的不便和擔憂.

趟了大半天的床,最大的收穫就是多睡了幾個小時.

接着下來都不能打球了.看來我是跟羽毛球很沒有緣分呀.嗚~~~

  3. 我覺得可能你不是很適合打羽毛球,每次好像都很折磨地回來。不如換游水吧?

    其實我都覺得打羽毛球好易整親. 同意樓上cr 所講, 不如你改游水啦. 起碼冇咁易整親嘛 (沒有去游水好幾個星期的熊上)

  5. Some warm-up and stretch before the game helps. Or just don't do the cross-leg rush to the net maneuver, just let the shuttle cock drops, it's okay to lose a point. Make sure your opponent hit and return the shuttle-cock to you so you don't have to so much as to run to it.

    LCL: um.. i'm taking a class, can't tell my coach: "no, i'm not doing that!" right? :P

    already did warm up and cool down... it's totally not about twisting or spraining muscles and stuff....

  9. Holy cow, I must have gotten the bad back from this post. As an old man I went for a run in the park just when the weather turned warm, and then the following day my back was hurting ... It's all your fault.

  10. cr: 哈哈哈... 我就是運動神經很差的那種女生,從小都是這樣.所以我才想去鍛鍊一下呀.不過這次其實也不關打球的事,它硬吃了一隻死貓,好慘囉. :P

    md: 好似個result係有軟組織移位了,應該也是這樣才會痛吧.

    不過你還繼續跳舞喎!其實跳舞也是很傷身/危險的.大家都保重啦!

    lcl: oh no!!! but you have two lovely sons who would definitely be most willing to rub/massage your back.

    i do wonder, though, how do you strain your back when running? were you running in a funny pose??

  11. lcl: wonder woman, I guess I don't have a very strong back to begin with, and then the impact on the back as I jogged along so that must be it. Plus putting on weight isn't helping my back and my knees. Oh my posture is actually pretty good, running, walking or just simply standing there, definitely not as awkward as Tom Cruise in his upright running in MI III toward the very end. The guys runs very funny, not only running very upright but slightly leaning backward as well. I still like the first one the best. Wow, I digressed too much. Hope you are doing much better.

  12. lcl: AH~~~~~ you put on weight!!! no wonder, that's going to put a lot of stress on the rest of the body (i'm not sure which part, obviously XD).

    eh.. i always think jogging has bad influence on the knees, and, with no proper training i can imagine myself hurting other parts than the knees.

    oh well, you take care, too!
