How's your big adventure so far? It's a nice surprise to see your postcard when I came home from my short trip.
We decided to give Madrid a miss in our trip because we didn't want to go to the middle of the country just to see the capital, and it's always easier to go back to the big city anyway. The cathedral will be on top of the to-visit-list!

Madrid was alright although the AVE train's pretty impressive! :)

and we heard that it's not as safe in the capital (spain already is "unsafe" on a relative scale) compared to other cities, so... :P
