35 Sangrias amongst the thirteen of us, that's just insane. And it's not a small glass. To be honest, I'm pretty fried with just one, so I can't imagine of what it's like after having four. I just hope that I won't miss the alarm tomorrow morning and hopefully can stay awake through the morning session.

lcl: sorry, didn't see that message (um... i think 4.40am is the hk time) but i would have been still in class anyway.
so you work near grand central? nice!!!
Yes. Enjoy your stay here. Buy some iPad2 here and make a fortune when you go back.
ReplyDeleteHaha... i think my colleagues are doing that. I might go and take a picture. Is the restaurant in the grand central any good (the one in the station)? Thinking of going for brunch on sat before leaving...
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of restaurants in and around Grand Central. They are OKAY, for lunch or something. Inside I think that's some steak house Michael Jordan or something and there is also that very famous Cipriani (that's a catering hall though)... Plus I think that's a business area so on Saturday there aren't too much going on.
ReplyDeleteI say go to yelp.com and find out some of the nicer restaurants.

Everything is one fare I think it's 2.50 one way, free transfer between trains, as long as you don't get out of the turnstile.
Take the train number 6, N or R, you can get off somewhere on Prince or Spring street, plenty of shops along Broadway there and can walk down to Chinatown if you miss Chinese food.
