I'm sorry to hear that the weather was unaccommodating during your visit. It would have been nice to walk in the parks.
While I've said that we never really go out at night when we traveled, but I think in Vienna we made an exception - it was Christmas eve, we went out for the concert and took some pictures outside the lit-up Parliament. Snow was everywhere. It was gorgeous to be out at night sometimes. :)
