Postcards from c - freezing (still) in Brussels

Dearest c,

I've only been to Brussels once, on a Sunday afternoon, which essentially equals to "I haven't been there at all", because everything was closed.

The Grand Place was also empty with hardly any tourist. But I suppose then we got our moment of peace.
